I must admit, over this summer I’ve become completely addicted to Pinterest. But wait—before we get into any deeper discussions on the merits or lack thereof of pinterest, let me share with you a couple grin-inducing pins from today:
This pretty much sums up a fair portion of my life. And since I’m currently on vacation in between summer and fall semesters, I must admit that reading has been beating out the work lately. (Want to buy a t-shirt with this design?)Can you think of anything more hilariously ridiculous than an iTypewriter? A perfect blending of the latest, most expensive, cutting-edge technology that everyone would love to have, ironically combined with the uselessly old-school technology beloved by hipsters. It pretty much sums up the entire Bay Area at a glance. You can see more details here. (And yes, I do want one.)
Okay, so if all you wanted from this post was a quick grin, read no more (but follow me on Pinterest). And if any mention of Pinterest makes you compulsively crack a joke about their massively female audience, as is the case for my three silicon-valley-engineer housemates, then I don’t want to hear it.
